Client's Charter 2015:

1. Respond to Customer Inquiry or Complaints Immediately

2. Submit Tourism Development Project proposal to the relevant agencies within 5 working days from the date of receiving completed application.

3. Submit the Physical and Financial Tourism Development Projects Performance Report to the relevant Ministry/Agency at every 15th and 30th of the month.

4. Process and sub-warrant (Federal and State allocation) to relevant agencies within 5 working days upon receiving allocation and completed application.

5. Submission of the Sarawak/MM2H New Application to the Sarawak Immigration Department within 2 working days from the date of receiving completed application

6. Process all payments voucher within 14 working days from the date of receiving completed documents.

Client's Charter Achievement: 2015

7. Submit the Sarawak/MM2H Application to the Sarawak Immigration Department within 5 working days from the date of receiving completed application

3. Respond to customer within 7 working days from the date of receiving their complaints.

4. Process and submit warrant from relevant agencies to the Accountant General Department within 7 working days.

5. To endorsed New Tourism Products Application within 3 months from the date of receiving completed application.

6. To process new applications to participate in the National Homestay Programme within 20 working days from the date of receiving completed application.

7. Submit the Sarawak/MM2H Application to the Sarawak Immigration Department within 5 working days from the date of receiving completed application.

8. Recommend new/extension Professional Visit Pass Application for foreign workers in the tourism sector to the Sarawak Immigration Department within 5 working days from the date of receiving completed application.
